- Services Rendered
- Payments made for services that have already been performed cannot be refunded.
- We ensure all work is completed to agreed specifications and standards before project completion.
- Cancellations
- If a service is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, we will issue a full refund of any advance payment.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior may be subject to a partial cancellation fee depending on work already scheduled or prepared.
- Disputes and Adjustments
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
- Any adjustments or partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and determined by the scope of work and any expenses incurred.
